So they are not available as a separate download package for systems not having pro apps like FCP, FCP X, Motion, etc, installed. Basically, while these codecs are available to QT apps on a Mac with pro apps installed, they are not available to the Windows version of the QT 7 player. So unless you can find codecs compatible with your PC's QT 7 codec package, it sounds like you are out of luck except through your pro video editing apps.
